Specify which JDK version should be used for different projects and ensure team-wide consistency.

A JDK downloaded from its vendor trusts the public certificate authorities and nothing else, so a build behind a TLS-inspecting proxy fails until the authority of that proxy is trusted. Add it once in Settings: the plugin imports it into the trust store of every JDK it installs, and removes it there when you remove it here.
